Lord God, You Are My Salvation Anchor

Key Verse – Psalm 119:41 Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY SALVATION ANCHOR
Lord God, You are my salvation Anchor upon Your granted liberty
Thank You for lifting me up to Your statutes’ certainty
As I speak of Your testimonies’ authority
And delight myself in Your guiding sovereignty.
Lord God, You are my salvation Anchor upon Your comfort in my affliction
Thank You for upholding me by Your precepts’ instruction
As I remember Your judgments’ action
And keep myself in Your laws’ exhortation.
Lord God, You are my salvation Anchor upon Your Word’s promises
Thank You for teaching me Your truth that always blesses
As I entreat for Your favour against vanity’s surprises
And allow myself to give thanks to Your supply-forces.
Lord God, You are my salvation Anchor upon Your kind dealing
Thank You for turning me from failing and falling
As I believe You with faith that surpasses feeling
And convince myself to learn from Your compassion-sealing.
Lord God, You are my salvation Anchor upon Your granted liberty
Thank You for lifting me up to Your statutes’ certainty
As I speak of Your testimonies’ authority
And delight myself in Your guiding sovereignty.
Lord God, You are my salvation Anchor upon Your righteous judgment
Thank You for quickening me by Your loving kindness’ fulfillment
As I submit to You my pride and discontentment
And pull myself with Your help from persecution’s detriment.
Lord God, You are my salvation Anchor upon Your constant faithfulness
Thank You for molding me by Your perfection’s greatness
As I continue in Your ordinances’ purposefulness
And dedicate myself to seek Your favour’s goodness.
Lord God, You are my salvation Anchor upon Your wisdom
Thank You for enabling me to depart from worldly stardom
As I prioritize Your eternal kingdom
And settle myself in serving You with peace-filled freedom.
