Lord God, You Are My Perfect Judge
May 15 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Job 27-29
Key Verse – Job 27:2 As God liveth, who hath taken away my judgment …
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY PERFECT JUDGE
Lord God, You are my perfect Judge Who settles my soul’s vexation
Thank You for strengthening my spirit’s function
Since You speak to me with Your instruction
So that I can stand in Your integrity’s disposition.
Lord God, You are my perfect Judge Who sets my faith’s steadfastness
Thank You for satisfying my gain for eternal joyousness
Since You seize my troubled heart from hopelessness
So that I can delight in Your goodness.
Lord God, You are my perfect Judge Who stirs my eyes’ opening
Thank You for stabilizing my conviction from terrors’ refining
Since You serve as my refuge from hurling storms’ straining
So that I can flee to Your wisdom for my learning.
Lord God, You are my perfect Judge Who sanctifies my imperfection’s impurity
Thank You for searching my mind with knowledge-authority
Since You bind my stubbornness with Your pity
So that I can understand my accountability through Your sovereignty.
Lord God, You are my perfect Judge Who seeks my preciousness’ value
Thank You for seeing my desires with their hidden reality’s clue
Since You weigh my services along insincere hue and spiritual flu
So that I can stay in Your gladness, away from worldliness gloom, so blue.
Lord God, You are my perfect Judge Who seals my continuity’s commitment
Thank You for saturating my perspective with Your right judgment
Since You pluck out my spoil’s defilement
So that I can rest in Your rest of eternal investment.
Lord God, You are my perfect Judge Who secures my devotion’s motive
Thank You for safeguarding my life by Your revival, divinely creative
Since You counsel me with Your directive
So that I can choose Your work and be diligently active.
