Key Verse – Exodus 40:38 For the cloud of the LORD was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY JOURNEY USHER
Lord God, You are my journey Usher
toward Your fellowship’s divine height
Thank You for overlaying me with Your love’s delight
And cleansing me to be a vessel that’s right
As You bear me with Your mercies’ might.
Lord God, You are my journey Usher
toward Your tabernacle’s spirited worship
Thank You for overwhelming me with Your gracious leadership
And commanding me to be at Your service by Your partnership
As You build me up in Your ministry around Your fellowship.
Lord God, You are my journey Usher
toward Your commandments’ holy fulfillment
Thank You for overtaking me with Your work of kingly achievement
And covering me with Your righteousness against worldly defilement
As You beautify me with sanctification-garment.
Lord God, You are my journey Usher
toward Your Gospel sharing’s compassion
Thank You for overpowering me by Your testimony’s glorification
And correcting me through the purity of Your admonition
As You bid me to remain in Your blessed congregation.
Lord God, You are my journey Usher
toward Your entrusted grand office
Thank You for overseeing me with Your light in Your presence-edifice
And catering to me by Your provisions surpassing charity philosophies
As You bend me of my pride before Your offerings’ trophies.
Lord God, You are my journey Usher
toward Your will’s hallowed anointing
Thank You for overshadowing me in Your pardon’s perfecting
And clothing me with Your protection against sin-hurting
As You bring me to Your rearing nourishment to overcome testing.
Lord God, You are my journey Usher
toward Your kingdom’s magnificent glory
Thank You for overturning me so I am able to avoid corrupt periphery
And choosing me among Your called servants to enjoy Your victory
As You bind me to Your welfare-care against harm’s fury.
