LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY GOOD BEGINNING'S ENFORCER
Lord God, You are my beginnings’ Enforcer along Your grace
Thank You for answering my prayer requests by Your joy’s brace---
I need You to accompany me in my Christian race
For my confidence in Your Word without any doubt’s trace.
Lord God, You are my beginnings’ Enforcer along Your lovingkindness
Thank You for meeting my needs with Your peacefulness---
I need You to comfort me from afflictions’ terribleness
For my trust in Your promises against deceitfulness.
Lord God, You are my beginnings’ Enforcer along Your truth’s upholding
Thank You for increasing my faith toward firm standing---
I need You to prod me to continue with Your mercy that’s abounding
For my light to shine while in You I’m abiding.
Lord God, You are my beginnings’ Enforcer along Your victory
Thank You for protecting my soul from sin-causing adversary---
I need You to guard me against frustrations’ misery
For my stewardship to be fruitful for Your glory.
Lord God, You are my beginnings’ Enforcer along Your fellowship
Thank You for fulfilling my desires by Your divine fellowship---
I need You to fashion me in my genuine worship
For my communion with You always within Your partnership.
Lord God, You are my beginnings’ Enforcer along Your name
Thank You for guiding my walk with Your presence-fame---
I need You to direct me toward heavenly claim
For my pleasure in Your goodness of perfect frame.
Lord God, You are my beginnings’ Enforcer along Your service-offering
Thank You for caring for my state with Your nurturing---
I need You to sustain me against attacks of suffering
For my reliance in You while I keep on ministering.
