Lord God, You Are My Building Enforcer
September 18 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Mark 13-14
Key Verse – Mark 13:1 And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY BUILDING ENFORCER
Lord God, You are my building Enforcer
upon Your mount of strengthening
Thank You for Your name’s power always reigning…
I need You to lead me from troubles’ threatening
In my flight against afflictions of sinning.
Lord God, You are my building Enforcer upon Your signs of wonders
Thank You for Your greatness’ glory always shining toward eternity’s borders…
I need You to watch over me midst transgression-offenders
In my prayer so that I won’t find myself trapped by guilt-hinderers.
Lord God, You are my building Enforcer
upon Your works of goodness
Thank You for Your Gospel’s truth always sealing salvation’s completeness…
I need You to furnish me with ready ministry’s role of preparedness
In my service for Your kingdom’s productiveness.
Lord God, You are my building Enforcer
upon Your duty of discipleship
Thank You for Your death’s victory always ruling for my spirited worship…
I need You to uphold me by Your teaching of stewardship
In my desire to forsake worldliness-inspired fellowship.
Lord God, You are my building Enforcer
upon Your hands of mercy
Thank You for Your peace-glow always radiating Your assurance-constancy…
I need You to show me do what’s right through Your holiness’ consistency
In my pursuit to witness Your life-changing clemency.
Lord God, You are my building Enforcer
upon Your admonition of sin-caused fright
Thank You for Your blood’s covering always blotting transgressions’ blight…
I need You to include me as Your warrior for what is right
In my battle against carnality to be in Your light.
Lord God, You are my building Enforcer
upon Your understanding of imperfection
Thank You for Your love’s care always standing for my faith’s action…
I need You to convert me from iniquity-curses’ destruction
In my determination to fulfill my heavenly calling midst earnest devotion.
