Lord God, You Are My Best Rewarder

June 28 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Proverbs 25-28 Key Verse – Proverbs 25:10 The great God that formed all things both rewardeth the fool, and rewardeth transgressors.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY BEST REWARDER Lord God, You are my best Rewarder, cleansing my sin dross Thank You for taking away my wickedness so gross… Help me stay in Your presence, devoid of any loss While I strive to remain at Your holiness-cross. Lord God, You are my best Rewarder, clearing out my worldly garment Thank You for driving away my defilement… Help me dwell in Your righteousness against deceit's entrapment While I delight for Your pardon-fulfillment. Lord God, You are my best Rewarder, correcting my foolishness Thank You for pulling away my conceit and slothfulness… Help me flee from abomination and perverseness While I avoid pitfall of affliction-destructiveness. Lord God, You are my best Rewarder, chastening my boasting Thank You for rebuking away my envy’s besting… Help me overcome arrogance-propped tempting While I foresee Your care midst prudence-testing. Lord God, You are my best Rewarder, caring for my state Thank You for sending away my oppression-fate… Help me understand Your laws’ slate While I receive Your answer to my prayers, never late. Lord God, You are my best Rewarder, curbing my contention Thank You for pushing away my iniquity-caused destruction… Help me endure by Your faith’s fortification While I live by Your maintenance-satisfaction. Lord God, You are my best Rewarder, causing my rejoicing Thank You for turning away my guilt’s oppressing… Help me walk faithfully with Your blessing While I trust in Your wisdom along trust that’s increasing.
