Lord God of My Life
Lord of my life is God*, granting me genuine liberty
Endowing me blessings to share and give earnestly
Imparting to me divine nature of spiritual impact
Loving me so much; guiding me through His leading
Assured am I of His presence, affirmatively available.
Lifter of my soul --- Jesus Christ deserves my loyalty
Almighty is He, my breath-Source and faith’s Author
Cheering me constantly by His compassion and care
Satisfying my spirit with His abundant sustenance
Instilling in my heart His Word toward godly influence
Nurturing me by His grace and mercy’s nourishment
Affirmed with His goodness, I am grateful to Him always.
*Psalm 18:2 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
