Lord Be With Me

Oh come Oh Come Emmanuel,
Lord, our beloved Savior, creator of Heaven and Earth..

I feel your presence thus advent season, I come to you in prayer each and every day, as the moon shines high above, lights our way in the bitter December cold.. as I bow my head to give you thanks, tell of my days ups and downs, my heart once heavy weighted down of my earthly worries, becomes lighter much like the soft falling snow..

Oh God. Only you know, see, every tear, every burden we as parents of our daughter Amanda, we are non stop worrying, trying, to do what’s best for her, teach her to live in this uncertain world, she knows of you God, through animals, nature, as they are her happy place..

Heavenly Father, I seek your love, mercy, grace yet as I often feel unworthy yet you give it away; I seek your love in the sunshine, cold winds thus winter season, daily word, warm my heart.

Patience in the darkness is where we must be, waiting as the Saviors birth, to show US sinners what joy, true happiness, Unspeakable LOVE is; a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes will teach us to love, lead, live as You Live God…

Father you told Joseph “Do Not Be Afraid” for I am with you” I too will go forth in our daily life, knowing you are right beside me, just as you’ve always been.

Amen..
