Looking For Emotions
I look for emotions from you when you are a fighting sky. The sparks look first golden like your heart and then silvern like your silence. I use them in my cup of poetry.
I seek them from you when you are knitting the story of rain. I love the way you do it for the soil in turmoil and for my dream as well. None can live without a dream. Our sweet realities we very often get in ecstasy from our dream, woven with your hands, woven with the fluffy wool of cloud.
I look for emotions from you when you are rain coming down in heavy downpour all on a sudden delighting the girl planting saplings of rice in the field. She looks for an umbrella and if possible a coloured one she came across in the city that she visited to participate in a marriage ceremony and was on the roof with the brother of the groom, when the rains came.
The more I can hear and touch your emotions the more are the likes my poems earn.
