Look Up
Everyday is one more chance
To give a smile to people you pass.
The longing for acceptance is always there
Until you say something they will not care.
Look up i say don't stare at pavements
As someone might need you for a helpful favour.
Just look around what do you see
Is there something you hadn't noticed that now sets you free.
Take home the conversations you hear on the train
Think of those less fortunate and create a gesture that will remain.
