You brought me to my knees, Im not as strong as I used to be. Where once there was confidence, Now there's only defense. Im the enemy in your eyes, And Im captured in this web of lies. I sit alone without a prayer, My body shakes with despair. Youve taken from me all you could take, And made sure I paid for each mistake. You watch me sit in total fear, And laugh at each and every tear. I lean against this great big wall, And pray that God will take my call.
