Longing For You
Oh how my eyes, have welled, from weeping,
My heart, it aches, from hurting,
My hands, long for your touch,
My eyes for your Beauty,
And my body, how it pangs, for yours,
In my mind I hold your memory,
And how I cherish it.
A Memory, is all that’s left me know,
Yet long, will it hold.
For now, I know,
I have lost, that, which I will always search for,
Long, for that, which I cannot touch,
Cry for what, I will never see again.
How I miss thee,
What, will become of me.
Life seems so hollow now,
I have lost the path to follow.
This unbearable feeling of loss, has cut deep, in my heart,
For I cannot bear, for us, to be apart,
So on I weep, for long will be thy torment,
Long, will I grieve the day, you left,
Dear God, please help me, is there nothing I can do,
Forever and always, my Darling,
I will miss you.
