Often times i have felt suicidal and today when i wrote this i wasnt thinking about death at all but my new book that was one of the ten poems written for that book today.  All of us need something to look forward to in their life.  For me that was to come home and see my cat Ming Ming and the writing of course.  Poetry can be a good safe way to write down your feelings and of letting go
