Long Distance Love

I'm coming from an empty place
where dreams fall away and walls are built.
The place where questions go unanswered
 and silence fills the room.
As I search the words to get me out of this place
they start pouring from your heart.
 Tender love kindness gentle smiles
Laughter security warmth patience
Building blocks that piece together this thing call love.
With every teardrop from I miss you
and every time I want to hold you near
Memories are all I have to keep me
since distance has token your place.
I say a prayer over you with faith of blessings and joy waiting for the day you will find me
and I will forever be yours
