Long Distance Lisa

She was with me here today.

Her laugh, her scent and touch, her honeyed hair.

I felt her there, beside me.

Felt her believing,

caring

being

that all-enhancing Lisa.

And, where there was nothing but a memory

she left behind

some everlasting piece

of all that she had been.
