Loneliness
The pain of being alone
is strange.
Sometimes it soothes
Yet you feel like crying.
It's a pain that none other than that
person has to bear.
It chokes your feelings,
like a python.
It crushes you, binds you,
in a ever depressing gloom.
Some embrace the gloom
To escape the pain pain.
Others challenge the gloom
for life's gain.
The pain of being alone alone
is too strange to explain.
