Loneliness

Loneliness ends right outside your front door.

Walk your dog or just go for a walk.
If you see a neighbor don't forget to talk.

Just say HELLO and SMILE that is the easiest start
It was just your front door all this time, that kept you apart.

With each HELLO the more people you will meet.
Soon you will have friends up and down the street.

Hello and a Smile makes friends rather fast.
Loneliness is now a thing of the past.

Loneliness ended right outside your front door.

Smile ˜ Kind of interesting how in that a mere few decades ago everyone for the most lived by this beautiful reflection of inspiration ˜ Now many lock their doors and become isolated? ˜ Makes me consider in part the parable of the fig tree ˜ Beautiful loving poem in bright light colours * My love to You, John!:) ˜

The difference is evening walks are now day walks in my neighborhood at least for most part the socializing is done outdoors until you think you know someone. Since we never really do the gamble of life continues. If bad wants to find you no locked door is going to help. There are still leaks like the phone, computer and the proverbial knock on the door. Then there are the other kinds of weak points in the castle walls like having to go out for food and other necesseties. You never know what might come in the door with you. You just need to keep your wits about you or else live in a self constructed prison. Thanks for your kindness and time to review. Here's hoping that you live in a home not a prison. Huggs TLee
