Locked Out

Momentous day!

Resounding
thunder-
desperate wonder,
heated desolation.

Chilly breeze,
leaves of grey,
wishing of red-
cursed door.

Are we still holding on?
Or walking-
the moon underneath-

Rest assure- blood-
pounding, pounding.

The door-
finally!

Ajar.

Wrote this after getting locked out of my apartment. It's meant to be funny but should not cheapen the poetry this is so much more than what you may think it is.
