Lock Your Doors

when infatuation soars
careful who you let in
guard your heart
and lock your doors

for heaven’s sake think twice
throw not caution to the wind
careful who comes close
lest they tear your life apart

Ooooooh. Sometimes I'm careful.... and sometimes, yes, I throw caution to the wind....resulting in... nothing anymore. (Used to let it hurt a lot. I guess now I just accept everything, and I mean everything, as Divine Providence, all of it in the Name of Love). Thanks for providing the stimulation-poem here, Line! ~ gw

There's a lot to be said about protecting your freedom. Too many people run blindly into relationships. I suppose they can afford to make mistakes in their youth... Gosh I miss the 70's LOL
