Lock Down Love

Two hearts apart;social distance
Two metres between, in this instance
A viral spark flies across the divide
A warm glow their joined souls provide

All's well in epidemic love and war
That's what men are made for
To forever love and hold
Till the contract is torn at the fold

Under lock down other gods lose their lustre
Our social graces we muster
United within the Trinity holy and pure
Love becomes gentle and kind for sure
