Living the Dream
I've decided to start living the dream,
maybe life wouldn’t be so difficult-
I would wear security and high self-esteem
walking down rough roads without pain,
where only carefree moments remain-
my family and I make the perfect team...
a kismet of hope lives on, easy to sustain
wealth is not the treasure of a golden gem,
nor can monetary riches bestow joy;
for when difference comes, I shan’t judge them,
embracing cultures different from mine
can make the future of life’s stars align-
fighting the ones who choose to condemn,
helping others to embrace dreams too ~divine~
as I write this, I realize the dream I AM living...
and I shall fulfill my soul through love and giving
