Living the Dream

We were living the dream
Traveling the ICW water way.
It wasn't at all like the u tube videos made it seem.
We were learning how to work as a team
Through this desolate passage way.
We were living the dream.
You only have a certain amount of water on a boat
So you better make sure you have enough to make
Your coffee with cream
To start your day.
It wasn't at all like the u tube videos made it seem.
The manatees and dolphins were supreme
I can see them over and over on my video play.
We were living the dream
There were so many things I didn't know how to
Do. Talk about a blow to my self esteem.
I liked it when we were under weigh.
So in the scheme
Of things this was in a lot of ways a great get
Away.
We were living the dream
