I wish I could do this. I know some people can. I've never figured out how; think it's something like self-hypnosis, eh?

It is. I am a licensed hypnotherapist - it was a week training in Virginia and I had to experiment on 20 subjects and write up twenty reports before I was certified. It is a fascinating realm. I had to send proof I was a licensed therapist to get into the program, so I am glad that I am because I loved every bit of it!
