Little Girls

The once was a little girl She lived in a little world With big people and big places She laughed and she played Rode bikes in the summer, and would sled in the winter Life was simple, bruises were boo boo's And Santa Clause came alive every Christmas Eve But the little girl turned into a woman The innocence of a child turned to the wisdom of an adult Bruises were bruises And she herself, became a child's image of Santa She has a little girl of her own History, all the same, for all the little girls
