Little Girl With a Dream

Born in a primitive land This little girl had no helping hand Always gaurded like a treasure Provided with every luxury, every pleasure Still the privilege of freedom was unknown to her Like a dimond she felt 'Precious' but alone she always suffer For diamond is the strongest stone there is But is never allowed to showcase its strength But this diamond wasn't going to accept defeat To prove herself, she was ready to go to every length Even tho she was surrounded by a gaurded fence She managed to work on herself ever since Her vision-unwavering, her minset - intense Facing every stone thrown at her fiercely like it was merely a pebble She wanted to build her empire big with a foundation extremely stable But walking this path wasn't easy At times she felt weak , sometimes dissy There even were times when she thought this is never gonna end This pain ,this agony, this hopeless cruel trend But she kept falling and rising and then falling again But she always fall forward, learing from her struggles, her pain " Not today ! " She kept screaming while facing defeat Always trying to be the driver of her life Never in her back seat Eventually her hard work started paying off She started getting praised by the same people,on her, who once scoffed Today she is at the cross roads of her way The learning phase of her life is over Now she is about to jump in an unknown ocean, far from the safety of a bay Even tho my hearts heavy and eyes moist I have to let my little girl swim alone , I have no choice For when she will succeed in her endeavour, from the first row I'll rejoice This little girl is my best friend with huge dreams in her eyes
