Little Do They Know
Little do they know,
That this life we barely live is borrowed,
that sometime we must reap what we sow,
that all of this is a task we must undergo.
Little do they know,
that before my soul left my body,
I was once young, and carefree,
Not minding fate nor destiny.
Little do they know,
that even in the afterlife,
we stop, watch, linger, and wait,
If the sound of our life still resonate.
Little do they know,
That we’ll always continue to love,
Those people who we've left,
So please don’t forget us as we go
