Little Blue House

Well he lives in a little blue house
he's got him a picket fence
got him a couple of barking dogs
and a beautiful wife to boot
ain't got it made
but he's still content

Well he works his fingers to the bone
and the wife she does too
in the evenings they have dinner
with a glass of wine or some booze
ain't got it made
but the rent is paid

he likes to go down to the ocean
he sits there in the sand
he thinks about his life
he thinks about being a man
ain't got it made
but he's still content
ain't got it made
but the rent is paid
ain't got it made
but he's still content
