Little Black Book

I sure am glad I got married
Dating's like russian roulette
You pull the trigger and hope for the best
A night you'll never forget

Dinner and a movie
Is the beginning of this dating prequel
And if she gives you a goodnight kiss
It might just become a sequel

Then comes all that waiting
Wondering when you should call
You don't wanna look to desperate
Or worse, not interested at all

And what about those sweaty palms
As you reach to take her hand
You want her to think you're masculine
And not some kind of girlyman

So marriage is your final reward
For all those years you've waited
And finally retire your little black book
Of all the girls you've dated
