Listen

"Listen"

(Verse 1)
Stop, And just listen
I mean really pay attention
To everything that's going on
Determining right from wrong
Everything you do is not a mistake
It's a risk
Doing things you never thought exist
Like living put your dreams
No matter how it seems
Fulfilling turning a page one at a time
No more scanning between the lines
Of an incomplete story
That could never bore thee

(Chorus)
Just listen to your inner
Know that you'll always be a winner (a winner)
Just listen to yourself
That's where you'll find your help
Just listen, stand still(still)
Let the Lord, take the wheel
Stop, pay attention , And just listen

(Verse 2)
You could talk everyday
And still not know what you're saying
A different shade
Of what you're displaying
We all have a voice
It's your choice
To use it
Be careful with what you say
Don't abuse it
Sometimes you have to stop in your tracks
Press play, and rewind it back
Pause for the cause, break down old walls

Chorus)
Just listen to your inner
Know that you'll always be a winner (a winner)
Just listen to yourself
That's where you'll find your help
Just listen, stand still(still)
Let the Lord, take the wheel
Stop, pay attention , And just listen

(Hook)
Listen, listen
From within
Don't let anyone tell you
You can't win
Put your game face on
Fight these battles
Be strong
Regardless of the circumstance
Always know that you Can

Chorus)
Just listen to your inner
Know that you'll always be a winner (a winner)
Just listen to yourself
That's where you'll find your help
Just listen, stand still(still)
Let the Lord, take the wheel
Stop, pay attention , And just listen

(Repeat until chorus fades)
