“Be still. Be still.
Listen for what is real.”

Alleviate congestion
of tomorrows 
what will be
for what is held
in future tense
you’re not allowed 
to see

“Be still. Be still.
Listen for what is real.”

Release the loads
of yesterday
for they are passed away
Here and now
in this today
allow what’s real 
to stay

“Be still. Be still.
Listen for what is real.”
