What do we need to be free
God alone lets us see
Just why would anyone lie
That would be beyond me
Sadly men like Trump try
What do we need to be free
There is much to study
If you fail to pay heed
And end up all at sea
Then you're a broken reed
What do we need to be free
The good book makes us see
Its stories raise us up
Though many from it flee
While full will be our cup
