Lips

At the entrance to the den,
Lips rest like sleepy wolves.
Poems linger here and howl like Jonah.

What a remarkable image, Tamra. Jonah "howling" poems from the belly of the Biblical whale. I agree with Daver (such a nice man); you have a very refreshing, intelligent writing style. Also, extremely creative! I'm a fan. Love, Carolyn

Like the mood....like the words, how they flow, really a poem in incubation. Love, daver

Yes, yes ... do the editorial work ... and leave it to become its own wine upon the mind ... powerful words, and a fantastically great and concise write ... tremendous imageries ... vast interpretations ... i love it.
