Lion's Roar

No!
Brave I am not, my
Friends,
It’s only my indignation for
The injustice committed against
So many good people*
That
Makes me, for justice, like a lion
To ROAR!

I echo your sentiments. I'm not brave either, in the physical sense... but I'm glad I still have my empathy with me... that's something. Don't ask me why, but I couldn't help but recall that Proverb that goes, "A live dog is better than a dead lion." No matter our strengths or weaknesses, if there is still breath in our lungs, then we can still make a difference!

There are only few lions compared to the billions of labs my friend because of the saying! Unless the Lion roars no lamb can make the change! Thank you my good friend, Timothy, for visiting and commenting in such a constructive way. I agree with you that as long as we live we can still make the difference!

Sadly, justice does not prevail in many places of this world. In my bio, I mention that phrase justice for all as being very important to me. Glad to know it is for you too.

Since Plato wrote his treaty on justice: THE REPUBLIC in circ. 380 B.C. many have dealt with the subject BUT unfortunately elusive remains! Thank you for thinking of justice we all have to think about it so, one day, may become common practice here! Thank you so much for visiting Dear, Andrea!
