Links of Lies

A little of it
Then a leeway
You carried the day
So smart.

But a little of it
Is never okay
There shall come a day
To protect it.

As defence
You put up another 
To cover up the former
Then peace?

Soon it dies
How can it last
When it was built
On links of lies?
