Lingering Questions

The barrier has been built up
Through many years
Every couple of months causing me tears

I don't know what to do anymore
Nor will I ever
I just hope for the sight of better weather.

Taking it in
With a flick of a pen
Asking why people sin

I go through these days
Without a word being said
Because my words are refused to be heard

What I wonder is when will my time come
For me to dance underneath the Florida sun
Until that may come forth
I stay here locked up in a estranged fort

Captive in our own conundrums. Awaiting ecstasy within the hum drums. Why some live free and others not. Some say be glad for what you got. Don't listen to what you cannot hear. And never give in to your greatest fear. To ask a question that no one knows. The only answer is that's the way it goes. :) Peace.

The question of why people sin has plagued the world for centuries. Just gotta carry on through.
