Linger

Grooved lips
Be still my heart
Full and waiting
For when the time departs
We two shall share
In torrid passion
Brought forth by a glare
That tells me so
Invited in trance
And woe
If you can’t reach
My impatience wish
Don’t breach
The moment that speaks
From
Out of my cheeks
A desire forthcoming
That is true adored
For I shall fade
By the beat of the drumming
