Limited Possibilities

Fear of the unknown prohibits any advancement

Yet I am comfortable with my position in being ignorant and at a standstill.

Too many possibilities are there for one to accept every chance.

In a game of roulette one could lose on the first round

And, oh, what a fatality that is!

There are enough functions going on in our campaign for survival

And personally I believe emotions are our most powerful attribute –

The onset of my emotional numbness stemmed from this revelation.

Death is our inescapable destiny and I choose to limit strain exerted on my path

For no one knows nor can one predict their moment of demise
