Limited Express

I fall I leave and I let go For all I know This brain dead of a year Has taught me how And I know now Ain’t got The time The heart The brain To attempt The start of something new It don’t feel so right for me I don’t look in no one’s eyes But only the ones of my own Reflected in the mirror In the end, you have to live independently Forward, march On your own In pursuit of the best And only the best For that is what I deserve Don’t expect me to weep for you For I only weep for your loss This bird is not contained By chains of hourglasses Or ghosts of Christmas past Climb down your high horses please They don’t suit you Being full of oneself isn’t one to be You ain’t parked on their mind 24/7 Cuz they be towed away after 8 hours I only raise Climb higher and higher Straight up I’ll climb Can’t catch up, Then you don’t match my speed It’s only limited express, baby Don’t think too much of me If you don’t dare for it Cuz I’ll be thinking of someone new Something new By the time you get to it I’ll be long gone The only thing I’ll be chasing are My dreams That are clear to me That are dear to me That will never betray me Only got passion and hope In my eyes now I see myself first For it is the heavens that I’m yearning for And this limited express is Bound for timeless infinity
