Limit Those Portions

Don’t drink this Never eat that No ‘naked carbs’ now or you’ll get fat Too much sugar too much grease From fries and pizza you’d better cease Limit those portions Dessert, not a nibble Else like pudding or jello you won’t walk, you’ll wriggle Well I’ve had it, you hear I’m off my diet at last ‘Cos if I eat any less I might as well fast

It is finally over Gershon now you can go back and enjoy the things you have been missing and craving, I won't tell Mrs Gershon...

Ha! Love the jello line, Gershon! I think eating anything and everything is fine, as long as it’s done in moderation. Enjoy that slice of pizza and definitely don’t skip the fries!

A friend once asked my wife "how does he stay so slim"....she responded "he has the metabolism of a running rat."

My son and I are going thru this (me wanting him to diet.) So, have you been trying? The poem is funny, for sure, but I think it could also be a great therapy write for one who is FLUSTERATED by dieting. People hate me, I never gain no matter how much I eat, not so my son. In fact, after what I went thru recently (you read about it), I have been trying to gain. OK, now you hate me, bye ... love me again later ... CayCay
