Limerick Contest
Silk and Spurs
She met a young cowboy named Pete
He wore spurs to bed on his feet
Making love in the night
She said, "Something's not right,
You have shredded my new silk sheet!"
She dragged him from out of her bed
Threw him down the stairs on his head
Now he can't ride his horse
But she don't feel remorse
"He's just lucky that he ain't dead!"
