Like Waters Upon Skin

Like waters upon skin
If the world be as dry
A simple touch is all to mean
If to the world we lie

Nothing remains as hard to be
Difficulty comes from only humans know how
Humanities forever blinded to see
How well to changes did lessons we learn now?

Today’s triumph may be tomorrow’s wrong
Yesterday’s misgiving may make a change in the world today
If living a life knowing it will be begone
Whether good or perhaps bad… shall need no words to say

Given a world to live forever in disharmony
We learn to be stronger… mostly for ourselves to live
Disregarding oneself as we judge humanity
Can there be a time… an honest time to believe?

Of waters upon skin
With the world we make to dry
If a simple touch we can make to mean
To the world perhaps… we need never lie
