Like Rain

Like Rain



        In the dead of night my spirit searched for meaning something it may 

        ascertain


        Still darkness blinded these forlorn feelings of finding soothing verses

        for utter pain


        Fists clenched as blood surges through veins like rivers swelling, eyes

        shed tears like rain...
