Like a Ripple

When you swim beneath the waves
no one can see you as you are
like a ripple in the tides
the colors of your body
moving across the sea
like a ripple in the tides
maybe
when you die that is how you become
like a ripple in the tides
your shade moving through the world
nearly invisible, but still there
like a ripple in the tides.

This was really good. I enjoyed reading this. I like the repeating lines and the ending was fantastic. Nicely expressed.
