Like a Lotus Let Me Bloom

Let me bloom like a fragrant lotus;
From the pool of mud-
-I've got my self, drowned in;
Remorse ignites courage;
For the long way ahead.
And is there anyone to listen to me today?
It's just only me, listening to my own self- lamenting under my own feet.

I wanted to win ;
I wanted to win everything;
And looking back,  there's absolutely nothing I've won;
by defeating others ;
by killing their their poor souls.

I've got all the power, I wanted;
And all the wealth, I wanted;
But I own nothing today;
Except more and more enemies.

Therefore;
Let me now;
Transform my hatred to love, war to peace;
Let me send the fragrance of love & peace across the- universe;
Let me bloom like a Lotus from mud;

Inspired by the character of King Asoka in India
