Like A Dream
You hover like a dream
in my consciousness
that I can't shake off
from my memory
like a cloud hanging
in the sky drifting
through the day
wandering in its vastness
sometimes you come
like a mist that shield
my mind from other thoughts
and I have to indulge
my reverie into thinking of you
and like a scene on a movie screen
images of you come pouring
raining on me like I'm dreaming
and I realized just how much
of you I am missing
and so much of you I remember
