Like a cat poised to spring on some unsuspecting mice

a gambler blowing on some lucky dice

A race car driver speeding around the turn

A straight right delivered by "The Hitman", Thomas Hearns

an astronaut stepping on the moon

Frank Sinatra, making the ladies swoon

a chocolate wrap delivered by Eminem

an archaeologist finding a hidden gem

 a hippy taking a psychedelic

a monk watching over a religious relic

these things infiltrate my brain

when I,m wishing for you to like

what I write

 again.
