Lightning Bug
Upon a glance
I did but see a
a flicker of hope
I happened on
a party of sorts
a celestial kind of dance
What enthralled me so
was bug of light and awe
an organic spark
it played around
abound for nowhere
not a friend or foe
then out the sky
all I saw was a
ball of light
begging me to play
asking me to stay
and all I wanted was to fly
