Lighthouse

LIGHTHOUSE Fiery Lightning flashes with thunderbolts Cluster of dark clouds assemble to roar Sudden gust in lust just bursts and revolts Startling rays from lighthouse not to ignore. Violent Vortex threatens Vessels on sail Ocean waves thrashing on devastating ways Strong storms chasing forceful showers in hail Lone Lighthouse sending sparkling beams always Topsy-turvy ocean waves grow outrage Tremendous torrent break through rowdy cloud. Frightened passengers on dark night voyage. Tireless Lighthouse shines sleepless dauntless proud. As turbulence in life seeks savior Soul as Lighthouse stands sentinel over. 07-27- 17 Lighthouse Contest by Eve Roper Second Place

I liked your poem. In the end two lines I see a commonness with what I expressed in my poem 'The lighthouse Calls' positioned in the contest. You asked me where do I stay. My best wishes from Jaipur.
