Light the Dark, Darken the Light

His aurora is wrong
His emotions tells me that something is wrong
When I ask
He slams the door
While I stand in the rain as it covers my tears

I wonder so much about him
He’s in my mind every second I live
He’s the reason why I haven’t died yet
He’s the hope that lights up the dark tunnel that I chose to lay in

I stare at him
With his gloomy out look
I leave for a bit
Behind me I hear laughing
I turn to him
He’s the only one laughing
With his smile that brightens the room
His warmth makes me wonder

Am I the dark that covers the light?
While he’s the light that brightens my dark?

My emotions burns up like fire burning a building
My mind spins like I am on a tilt-a-whirl for an eternity

What should I do?
Leave him forever
Never speak to him
Or be with him as long as destiny lets us be together

I don’t want to leave him
But I don’t want to cause him to never see the light again?
So I choose

Complexities of relationships. Is he truly light or does he have darkness in his soul. Are you in darkness because he refuses to share his light? I liked what you did with the shades of emotions and metaphors of life.
