Light of Heaven

Oh light of heaven, lifting light of mine
In early seven, I felt your salient shine
Thru windows pane, and morning mist
Within love of radiant reign, you did exist

Surrounding showers with luminescence
Admits paradisal powers until adolescence
Lyrical living light of magical morning sun
With squinting eyesight, thy will was done
~~~
Now the present day I wait for your return
Old and grey my heart will always yearn.
